● Cancelation of space – the fee will be non-refundable within 3 weeks of the event.
● Waiting list – eligible applicants who did not get a space will placed on a waiting list. If the applicant is not chosen the fee will be returned.
● Set-up and Take-down – participants can begin setting up at 8 am Saturday morning. Before leaving, please clean your space.
● Vendors parking will be at the Senior Citizen’s lot on Spring Street. A space for unloading will be designated on Legion Drive.
● The American Legion, Camp Merritt, Post 21 will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged items during or after the event.
● Food & Beverages – Vendors will not be allowed to sell food or beverages. The post will be selling food & beverages, and a food truck will available.
● The deadline for applications is April 28, 2024. Applications may be sent via email to: https:www.alpost21cresskill.orgVia mail: to the address above, or dropped off at the post.
Confirmation will sent via email within two weeks of the time received.
